H3l1d0 Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the terms

By creating an account, linking an external provider or using any functionality of H3l1d0 (https://www.h3l1d0.com) you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Service description

H3l1d0 is a platform for creators, streamers, gamers and traders. We offer:

• Integration with external accounts via OAuth (Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Google, GitHub) to operate chat bots, moderation and channel notifications.
• Catalog of digital services, subscriptions and downloads.
• (In development) Markets module and tools for creators and traders: charts, funding-rate alerts, crypto wallet and spot/futures operation with external exchanges. These features are not yet available and will be enabled progressively; when they launch, they may require additional verification and module-specific terms.

The scope of each module may change over time. We do not guarantee permanent availability of experimental or beta features.

3. User accounts

• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
• One account per person. You may not transfer your account to third parties.
• You can close your account whenever you want from the account panel. Deletion is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to use H3l1d0 for:

• Illegal activities, fraud, money laundering or terrorism financing.
• Spam, abusive automation, unauthorized scraping or attacks against the integrity of the platform.
• Infringing intellectual property, trademark or privacy rights of third parties.
• Circumventing the policies of external providers (Twitch, Kick, Google, etc.) whose services we integrate via OAuth.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to access data or systems you are not authorized to.

Non-compliance may result in suspension or closure of the account without refund.

5. User content and intellectual property

You retain the rights to the content you upload or generate on H3l1d0 (messages, alerts, configurations). By using the platform you grant us a limited license to store, process and display that content in the context of the service you requested.

The software, trademarks, designs and logos of H3l1d0 are property of H3l1d0 and are protected by applicable law.

6. Third-party services

H3l1d0 integrates with external providers (Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Google, GitHub, exchanges, payment processors). Those services have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for interruptions, changes or losses caused by external providers.

When you link an OAuth account, we only access the scopes you authorized on the provider's consent screen, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

7. Payments and refunds

Payments for subscriptions, products or credits are processed through third parties (Mercado Pago or on-chain operations). Prices are shown in the currency indicated for each product and may vary.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them before the next period. Specific refund policies appear on each product. No refunds are guaranteed on services already rendered or on delivered digital products.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without explicit or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H3l1d0 and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data or service interruptions. The total aggregate liability towards you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid H3l1d0 in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold H3l1d0 harmless against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms or the infringement of third-party rights while using the platform.

10. Modifications to the service and terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service at any time. These Terms may be updated; when changes are material we will notify through the platform or by email, and the "Last updated" date in the header will be modified. Continued use of the service after the update implies acceptance.

11. Termination

You can close your account whenever you want. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your use endangers the security or integrity of the platform, or if a competent authority requires it. Termination does not imply automatic refunds.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute related to the service will be submitted to the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, unless the consumer protection legislation applicable to your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
